I’m in the business of making things look nice and work well.

It’s always bummed me out to see poorly designed things that don’t function as well as they could.

That’s why I studied design (at the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design), and why I currently work a day job designing clothes to fit and move better (“tech design” in fashion parlance).

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in product development by creating designs that are both functional and aesthetically meet the vision set out by design. My expertise extends across a wide range of product categories and disciplines, including technical sketching, patternmaking, and style development.

What I enjoy most about technical design is being able to use critical thinking to problem solve fit & construction issues, and creating engaging partnerships with vendors & factories.
